Clark Kent, The accompanying resume is presented for your review and consideration for the position of a customer care associate at Optimus Prime. Although not yet defined, this position will take advantage of my ability to learn quickly, easily grasp complex concepts, complete assignments independently or as part of a team with high level of performance, and assume increased levels of responsibility. I am a final year Bachelor of Science student at University of Science. After completing my degree I want to work as a customer care executive. I have good communication skills and fluency in language. I believe that I am able to do business over the phone. I can do mass marketing and mass customization. I am ready to work in inbound as well as outbound process. And ready to work in shifts. I would appreciate an opportunity to visit with you and discuss the customer care position.
