I am a final year Bachelor of Arts in English student at the University of Arts seeking a teaching position in the New York, USA area upon my graduation in May 2009. I am looking to work in a friendly environment where I can contribute to sharing expertise, while broadening my knowledge of advanced teaching topics and procedures. Before entering the field of teaching, I earned a degree in Child Psychology from the University, which has given me a fundamental understanding of a Child's mind and its learning process and will aid in my transition from student to practicing teaching. I strongly believe that my perpetually positive attitude, excellent communication skills and valuable background in Psychology will allow me to be an asset to your school. I would feel very priviledged to secure a position as an English Teacher at your School.
