Behavior apology letters are written when your behavior is little offensive towards others. However, there are certain moments in our lives when our way of conduct or behavior is disgusting and unpleasant. Therefore, unknowingly we lose our sense of perspective and get carried away by our feelings and behave immaturely with our near ones or sometimes even with our colleagues.

Writing an apology letter for your bad behavior or for committed mistakes is actually a better and easier thing to do. An apology letter can help you in confessing your mistakes and making that person acknowledge that how sorry and responsible you are for your actions and behavior. Basically, it also helps you to convey your regrets and that you feel remorse for what you did. In addition, ensure that your apology comes across as genuine and honest as well as it can explain your side effectively through a letter.

Dear Mr. Hunt,

I would sincerely like to apologize for yesterday's rude and unpleasant behavior on my part. I would like to say sorry to you about the way I behaved and the unpleasant and disrespectful words I said to you. I completely believe that my behavior was extremely inappropriate, rude and immature totally uncalled for.

I was exceptionally frazzled and stressed out by the work load and in that spur of a moment I got carried away and said disgraceful words to you along with other members. However, I also realized that I was the one who spoke offensively and rudely regarding the overtime. After reaching home I realized that I totally hyped the matter. Instead of that I could have asked for a meeting and discussed matter over with you and privately rather making a public issue.

I believe that my work load is certainly not an excuse for my bad behavior and therefore, I would request you to forget about this matter and forgive me for my actions. I wish you would understand my situation as I have been working with you since five years. Once again forgive me for my actions and behavior. I also believe that we may continue with our healthy professional relationship. I also assure you that I will not repeat such kind of behavior.

Thanking You.

Yours sincerely,

Neville Saunders

Zip code - 29746
Contact Number - (575) 349 5820

Dear Margaret,

I am genuinely sorry for what I did last night at your wedding anniversary party. I honestly apologize for spoiling the atmosphere of your party and even your mood. I admit that I created an annoying and irritating scene in front of your family, relatives and other friends. However, there is no such excuse for the scene I created and the way I behaved at your party with your friends.

However, I would like to explain that whatever I did or said was due to alcohol and later on, I was succumbed to the egging by some of my colleagues. In addition, I was totally unaware of what I did at your party. I was totally out of control at your anniversary party due to excessive alcohol. Therefore, I am extremely sorry for ruining your party as well as creating a scene at your function.

Later on I realized that you were embarrassed by my actions in front of your family and friends. I know that I messed up your party and now I deeply regret my actions and my indecent behavior. Once again I would request you to forgive me and I assure you that I will try my best to fix this situation. I also promise you that it won't happen again as I do not want to lose such a nice friend like you.

Thanking You.

Yours sincerely,

Tony.
