Understand the difference between funny and sarcastic

I almost coughed a dying breath as soon as I found out that I have been charged $235.00 for those apples which was supposed to be charged $2.35 only. As usual, I checked with the store manager and their records show only a withdrawal of $2.35 from my account. I'm not frustrated, I'm really confused as to why such transactions keep happening exactly once in three months.

I have trusted your bank always and I would like to let you know that these petty issues won't change anything between us although I hope that this letter is a eulogy for the prolonged problem in my bank account that has convinced me that it's my Karma that has been hitting me like this all along. I request you to kindly resolve this issue once and for all before your Karma gets you.
