But the issue is that Zen doesn't have any branches in our city of Montana and so this entire affair is just too perplexing for me. Now I don't wish to get it repaired. Instead I would appreciate a product replacement at the earliest as this would save me time and a trip to the other city to get to their customer service branch. My product is under 3 years' warranty and so I don't see any problem in getting a replacement since this is a manufacturing fault. I would request you to facilitate this replacement and communicate to me the earliest date of delivery of the replacement.
