Dear Harry,

This letter is a legal notice to your agency to hereby stop all the debt collection efforts on me. As per our last communication, I have made this clear to you that I have already paid this month's installment to the bank and that their failure to update their systems is not my problem and I won't tolerate this harassment from your end. To say the least, the bank's internal and external communication has let me down badly. And to top it all, unnecessary intervention by your people has further disgusted me.

Please also be informed that your debt collection services with respect to my above mentioned account are no more required and if your agency fails to adhere to this notice, you will be held liable under the Federal Trade Commission Law. Any future communication between me and the bank will be handled directly by me or the bank manager and so there is no more any need of a third party's involvement. Be informed that, henceforth, any telephone calls or mails from your end will be recorded and used as evidence in the court of law. I won't be having any further communications with your agency in this regard and would now only be in talks with the bank directly for any future correspondence.
