    Dear Ms. Peggy,

This is with regards to the recent renovation work done at the house that I would like to mention about my dissatisfaction over the quality of work done, and the inconvenience caused to others.

Though, it was mentioned in the agreement that you would be doing the renovation in the month of January 2012, and try to include additional amenities as promised, I would like to bring it to your notice that the same has not been done; and despite the failure to do so, you have increased the rent.

Moreover, the renovation work is done shabbily, with special attention to the wall painting and reheating system. After the renovation, house heating system often fails during the peak hours, and the heating temperature varies significantly throughout the day. This in-turn causes great difficulties to us, specially for the kids at home. I would request you to take a quick action, and do the needful. Alternatively, we may be forced to terminate the tenancy agreement, if the situation is not taken care of.

I hope you understand the graveness of the situation, and would respond at the earliest.

Thanking you for the time, and looking forward to a happy and pleasant stay.

    Regards,

    (Signature)

    Jessica J. Noel

    Dear Mr. Jonathan,

I am writing this letter in response to the repeated complaints received against you from the society members. It is observed that despite regular requests and intervention from the society management committee, you have not made an attempt to improve the situation any further, rather have enhanced the activities.

Please consider this letter as my final warning, and complaint against your activities, as on receiving any more complaints, I would be forced to terminate our tenancy agreement. Some of the areas which I would like you to pay special attention, and repeatedly complained about, are mentioned below.

    • Improper garbage disposal
    • Playing loud music till late night
    • Impolite behavior with elderly in the society
    • Rash driving within the society area, and the peripherals
    • Organizing parties and functions without prior information and permission

I hope I would not be getting any more complaints against you, and that you would behave as a responsible tenant and society member. Looking forward to a positive reply and response from your side.
