Dear Mr. Arnold,

I am currently working with the fairy charity to spread awareness about the foundation and to enroll members for their new batch of community projects which would involve teaching children and raising donations for the poor.

As a member of the Charity you will have to contribute three hours in a week towards the activity allotted to you. You can choose any one of the activities of your choice. For those who want to volunteer for teaching, we are in need of volunteers to teach children at three orphanages on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

If you choose raising donations for the poor, we have a one hour training session to brief you on "How to approach people and collect donations" starting from 10th of August 2010.
