Introduction letters are official letters used for networking purpose and to widen one's networking circle for various purposes. A letter of introduction can be written on either personal or official terms depending on the situation and relationship with the person to whom the introduction is being made. Main textual body: The main written part can again be divided into 3 parts or paragraphs. The first paragraph is introductory where the writer provides a basic self introduction to the recipient. The second part describes the purpose of introduction and how it will be helpful and profitable in the coming future for both parties. The third paragraph is conclusive thanking the reader for considering time to read the letter.
Signature: At the end the writer must provide with a signature of himself with his post mentioned at the bottom.
