Exhibition Attend Invitation Letter

An exhibition invitation letter is a more personal and friendly way of letter writing. It is written directly to the reader for requesting his/ her company for some exhibition. It can be a marriage invitation letter, a party invitation, a concert invitation or a meeting invitation letter. It is different from an invitation card in many ways the most important of which is that a letter is a more heart-felt way of inviting a person than sending in a mere card. A card has everything printed on it to which the sender just has to add a name of the receiver. But in case of a letter, the entire body has to be written personally addressing the reader and requesting his company for the event. The details regarding the venue of the event, time and day/ number of days is to be mentioned clearly in the letter itself. Subject- Requesting your company for the annual tech exhibition

Dear Albert,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Tech Convention Group here. Like every year, we are again, this year, taking part in the city's Annual Tech Exhibition. And in doing so, we request the pleasure of your company at it.

We have received the events list (your copy has been attached along with this letter) and going by it we can say that this year will be even more exciting than the previous one. For starters, there are many new things to take note of at this year's exhibition. This time they are bringing in a delegation from the National Department of Tactics and Operations to showcase their concepts for the next generation of warfare. The floor will be open for discussions and our name features on the guest list. Maybe this is a good opportunity for us to give in our inputs and get the task done by joining their team of technicians.

Also on the event card is a lecture on Artificial Intelligence incorporated home appliances. It is being brought to the exhibition by a group of young students from MIT and we have been invited as the panelists.

Given all these things and many more new tech gizmos on exhibition, this year's event is going to be very informative and quite productive. On this note, I once again request the pleasure of your company for the exhibition. It is to be held from 21st Nov,'11 till 22nd Nov, '11, 0900hrs to 1800hrs on both days. The venue for the same is Lincoln Grounds, Nashville, New Jersey. The invitation card and other details have been enclosed in the envelop.

This is the ideal writing style for an exhibition invitation letter. It's important to indicate in short, as to what the event will be all about and what to expect out of it. The specific event date, time and venue should be necessarily mentioned clearly in the letter itself. All this is to be coupled with a polite request for the presence of the reader for the event in question.
