4 Do not issue my credit account report to anyone without my permission to prevent my account from hackers and frauds. So mail me whatever secret and necessary information is there and drop me message on phone regarding this as well.

I would really appreciate your attention and effective action to this regard. If I would not get any of response on this request, I will assume that you are not agreeing with above mentioned.
