I am currently seeking sponsorship for National Advertising Awards, and I feel happy to contact you at the suggestion of Mr. Clark who informed me that your company specializes in sponsoring corporate events.

I am sure you are familiar with this event, but on the off chance that you are not, let me give you a quick overview. The function has been scheduled to be held on 18th June. Like every year, we have decided to host two day programs for show casing some best advertising and documentary films from all over the world. Last year award function was cosponsored by the Smith event organizers and they were satisfied to share the success that our program drew.
