A lease agreement is a deed that is made when a landlord rents a tenant in his house. Such agreements have a specific time period mentioned over it. After that, when a tenant or landlord wants to terminate the lease agreement, he can write a lease termination letter to the other party informing the same. These letters can be written by any one of them, either by the tenant or the land lord, whoever wants to vacate the place. In such letters, you need to mention some important points such termination date, charges, unsettled amounts, etc. While mentioning the date, remember that you should be specific about that. If you are a tenant and you are leaving the apartment before your mentioned date, make it clear in your letter that you are ready to pay the penalty or any other required charges.
