Reference: Our Rental Agreement dated 18th January, 2008.

This is to update you regarding the termination of my House Rental Agreement with effect from 1st March, 2009 since the residence is necessary for utilization of my elder son who is coming back very soon from USA.

Therefore, I am requesting you to vacate my home on or prior to 20th March, 2009 & provide me unoccupied possession of the same and oblige.
