Dear Arnold,

I am writing to notify you that your agreement of tenancy with me will at the present be ended on June 30, 2010. The cause for this is because it is the time stated in the contract and I choose not to revamp it anymore.

I feel that you have been a excellent tenant in my assets and that you have shown care as well as concerns to my property nevertheless the whole thing has really come to an end since I am arranging my property to be pass on to my child who have just got married last month.
